For the Breve
2 shotsespresso
1 Tbspwhite chocolate sauce
1 dropgreen food coloring
½ cuphalf and half
1 Tbspcrème de menthe syrup
For the Oreo Cold Foam
Instructions
Step 1
Combine espresso, white chocolate sauce, and green food coloring.
Step 2
In a glass with ice, add half and half and crème de menthe syrup before adding in espresso mixture. Stir.
Step 3
For the cold foam, froth heavy cream and Oreo sauce until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Pour Oreo cold foam over breve and enjoy!
