Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the butter, biscoff spread, sugar and vanilla.
Step 2
Roll into small balls.
Step 3
Freeze until they are hard.
Step 4
Melt the white chocolate and leave to cool slightly. Dip the frozen truffles into the white chocolate and ensure all of the ball is coated.
Step 5
Place onto a tray and top off with the biscoff crumbs.
Step 6
Leave to harden and then place into an airtight container.
