The best piece of advice I got for spaghetti squash - don’t expect spaghetti 😂 but if you’re looking for spaghetti squash then this recipe is delightful! Also the Trader Joe’s Autumnal Harvest Pasta Sauce is so good!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°
Step 2
Cut the spaghetti squash in half, horizontally
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste on top of the spaghetti squash
Step 4
Bake for 40-45 min, or until it’s easy to separate the spaghetti noodles and they are soft
Step 5
While it’s baking, make the ground turkey. Brown the meat over medium high heat (roughly 5 min) and then add your pasta sauce.
Step 6
Once the spaghetti noodles are ready, serve with ground turkey on top!
