Instructions

Grilled vegetables

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 230 degree

Slice the zucchini and eggplant. Quarter the onion and tomato.

Place all the vegetables on a baking try. Season with salt, oregano and thyme. Drizzle on the olive oil. Bake for 40 minutes

After baking the vegetables remove the skin from the bell peppers.

Sauce

Step 5
Put the vegetables into a mixer together with the chili flakes and vegetables broth. Blend until the sauce is smooth

Sandwich

Step 6
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter and tost until golden brown.
Step 7
Chop the basil and hazelnuts.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half of the bread with a thick layer of the sauce.
Step 9
Sprinkle on the basil. Then top it with the arugula and prosciutto. Now sprinkle on the hazelnuts.
Step 10
Cut up half a burrata by hand and place it on the prosciutto.
Step 11
Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
