Instructions

Step 1
1. mix everything until combined. cover and let rest for ten min, then go back and knead for about 5 min. repeat three times or until the dough is smooth.

2. let rest for about two hours or until doubled in size

3. punch out the air and divide dough into 16 balls. roll out each ball into a circle fill with your cheese of choice, fold it closed and shape into ball

4. line your baking tray with the dough balls, cover and let rest for 30 min.

5. in the meantime, prepare butter mixture by melting 3 tbsp of butter, then add in chopped garlic (or garlic powder), basil and parsley.
