Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Put the flour in a mixer bowl and create a hole in the middle using a cup.
Step 2
Add the water, sugar and yeast, mix and wait 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the oil, sriracha and salt and knead for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is formed.
Step 4
Cover the bowl with a towel and set aside for 30 minutes.

Filling

Step 5
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the salt and Sriracha and mix.
Step 7
Add the meat, stir well until cooked and add parsley.
Step 8
Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes, or until there is no more liquid in the pan.

Prepare the rolls

Step 9
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F./180 degrees C.

Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Step 11
Flatten each part into ½ inch/1 cm thick dough circle.
Step 12
Place in a small bowl and add 3 tablespoons of the filling, as shown in the video.

Tighten the edges of the dough and place on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper.
Step 14
Brush with the egg yolk mixture and sprinkle a little sesame and red pepper on top.
Step 15
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
