Instructions

Crispy chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast.
Step 2
Crack the egg in to a large plate and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the panko and to the finale one add the flour. Season the flour with salt and pepper and mix.
Step 3
First coat the chicken slice with flour. Then dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the panko.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high and add the chicken. Fry for about 3min.

Wrap

Step 5
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with bbq sauce and mayonnaise.
Step 7
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 8
Top it with the salad, tomato, chicken and bacon.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
