Instructions
Step 1
Add sugar and warm water to a cup and stir.

Add yeast to the cup and cover for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, add flour, salt, olive oil to a huge bowl
All purpose flour1 ⅛ cup
salt½ teaspoon
olive oil3 drops
Step 4
Add sugar/yeast water slowly into the bowl while stirring constantly
Step 5
Knead for atleast 10 minutes (the more, the better)
Step 6
Divide the dough into separate batches and let them rise
Step 7
Rise for 2-5h outside or upto a week in the fridge
Step 8
After rising, take the dough and spread it on a flat surface with some flour dust
Step 9
Add sauce and toppings and cook in the oven. Cook times vary
Step 10
Cook times: 17min on 900W, 15min on Convection OTG, 15min on stovetop oven with 5 min grill for 2 pizzas
