Ingredients

5 dlwater
3potatoes
small, peeled and diced
2carrots
small, peeled and diced
1yellow onion
small, chopped
0.5cube bouillon
you can use any kind i used chicken cube in mine!
1 pcsbay leaf
optional
3 pcsknackwurst
cut into 0.5 cm slices you can use other types of sausages, too !
1 Tbsplemon juice

adjust according to your taste

Instructions
Step 1
In a pot on medium heat, add water, potatoes, carrots, bouillon, and bay leaf. Let this cook until the vegetables are tender (you can check this by poking one with a fork and if to goes in smoothly without a crunch, it's cooked!)
Step 2
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the sausages and lemon. Let this cook for about 5 minutes and season to taste!
Step 3
Top it off with parsley and serve!
