Instructions
Step 1
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature
Step 2
Preheat oven to 300°F/145°C. If your oven supports steaming, turn on light steam
Step 3
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl to this consistency

In a different bowl mix dry ingredients (except sugar)

With a mixer cream together softened butter, coconut oil, vanilla sugar and sugar in another bowl

Add mashed bananas and wet ingredients to butter and sugar mixture. Mix until very well incorporated

Step by step mix in dry ingredients, do not overmix
Step 8
Fold in walnuts but reserve some for topping

Grease a loaf pan and pour batter in. Top with oats and more walnuts

Bake at 300°F/145°C for approximately 1 hour. During baking process periodically check with a skewer and remove banana bread from oven when the skewer comes out clean.
