Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the kiwi, pineapple, lime juice and rind. Toss well and spoon into 4 serving glasses.
Step 2
Spoon over the mango puree and level surface, if possible.
Step 3
Mix together the condensed milk and greek yoghurt and spoon over the fruit puree layer.
Step 4
Top with passion fruit pulp and chill for 2 - 4 hours or overnight before serving.
