Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking your pasta according to the back of the box. Make sure you add salt to your water.
Step 2
In a sauce pan, melt your butter. Add 1/2 Cup parmesan and Mozzarella cheese
Step 3
Add the seasonings to the butter mixture and stir until well mixed
Step 4
Once the pasta is done, add the pasta to the sauce. Don't throw out the pasta water!
Step 5
Add the remaining cheese
Step 6
Add 1 1/2 cups pasta water
Step 7
Top with 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
