Instructions

Step 1
Put some butter in to a pot
Step 2
Add some chopped fine leeks and mix it until is soft
Step 3
Add 1L of water with 2 fish stock, salt, pepper, 1 potato and 1 big carrot chopped
Step 4
Leave them all to boil like 10-15 min
Step 5
After add the salmon (but like I said I like to use mix fish with prawns) with small size of double cream and lots of chopped dill
Step 6
Leave it for 2-3 more min and it's done
