Step 1
- Mix everything together very well

- Leave the slices of bread (brioche) soaking in the mixture for about 1-2 min on both sides

- Make sure the bread doesn’t fall apart, this would indicate you left it for too long.
Step 4
- Pre-heat the pan on the stove with butter on medium fire and fry the slices of soaked brioche for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
- Garnish with powdered sugar, strawberries, blue berries, banana slices or anything you can come up with!

If you have banana-bread use it instead of the brioche!
