My southern aunt made this for me once, and it was a game changer. No longer do I make boring old traditional grilled cheese! Now, I make this easy, delicious grilled cheese to go with my tomato soup (or by itself).

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium frying pan, add you cooking oil. Carefully lay 2 of your garlic bread slices down (you will have to work in batches) until one side of each slice is golden brown (about 2 minutes). Flip one slice of garlic bread, then place a slice of cheese on top of the flipped bread, then place the other slice of bread on top (cooked side down) to make a sandwich. Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melty, then flip and cook on the other side. Transfer to plate, and repeat with the rest of your ingredients. Best enjoyed with tomato soup, but can be served by itself.
