Step 1
In a small bowl stir together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Cut breasts into single serving portions. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken in a single layer in dish. Top each chicken piece with a pineapple ring. Drizzle the sauce on top of the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or internal chicken temp to 160 degrees. Serve over rice.
