Instructions

Step 1
In a pan /kettle add sugar. Let it melt when it’s caramelised.
Step 2
Add room temperature water. And let the caramelised sugar dissolves in water.
Step 3
Add tea bags/tea leaves, cardamom pods and simmer for 6/7 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4
Add whole milk or evaporated milk . And let it boil for 2/3 minutes.
Step 5
Ready , Serve and Enjoy.
