Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Combine paprika, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well to combine and set aside
Step 3
Combine zucchini, red pepper, onion and chickpeas on a large sheet pan; add 1 Tbsp oil and 4 tsp spice mixture. Toss well to coat evenly and then spread in a single layer while leaving a spot for the salmon
Step 4
place salmon in reserved spots on the tray and coat salmon with remaining tsp oil and remaining spice mixture
Step 5
Put pan in oven and cook 10-20 minutes depending on size of salmon and vegetable texture.
Step 6
Serve with fresh squeezed lemon juice and a dollop of yogurt
