Step 1
Put each of the nuts in a food processor and process until the texture resemble coarse. Add to a (same) bowl.

After you have the nut mix all in one bowl, it’s time to do the pepper mix. Chop the pepper and blend it until juice. Add oil slowly while still blending.
Step 3
Add salt, cumin, paprika and chilli powder to the pepper mix and blend.
Step 4
Add the pepper mix to the nuts. Bind gently with spatula.
