Instructions

Step 1
Pour coconut milk into clean glass jar. ⁣
Step 2

Whisk all ingredients together. ⁣

Cover with thin cloth, coffee filter, or paper towel & secure with rubber band. ⁣
Step 5
Place away from direct sunlight until thickened & cultured. (A cupboard or above the fridge where the temperature will stay 70°-77° for 36-48 hours.)⁣
