Step 1
In a deep pot cook the chopped carrots, celery, garlic and onion until soft with oil.
Step 2
Add the chicken covered already with with Sazón, salt and pepper and sweet paprika. Cook on medium until chicken is cook through about 20 min
Step 3
Add water, stock base and 1 can of diced tomatoes not drained and. And dried bail leaves. Cook for 20 min more slowly on low heat , it allows the chicken to naturally break apart. Completely cook chicken through this way Shred chicken or leave whole when serving.
Step 4
Serve plain or over noodles or rice.
