0.25 Cprovolone shredded
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together spinach, cheeses, spices, salt and pepper with a spoon in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Spread evenly onto the thawed puff pastry sheet leaving about 1/2 inch on one edge uncovered.
Step 3
Using the opposite side from the one that you have the uncovered piece, roll the sheet up tightly into a log.
Step 4
Using a bit of water, run your fingers on the uncovered piece and press firmly to the log. You’ll be using the water as glue here.
Step 5
Cut the log in half so you have 2 long strips.
Step 6
Twist the pieces together with the interior layers showing on top as much as possible.
Step 7
Bake for 30-40 minutes tented with aluminum foil. Remove foil and finish for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
Boil water for pasta and cook for 6 minutes (or however long your box recommends).
Step 9
Drain pasta and turn off heat. Add butter and seasonings to the pot and let melt.
Step 10
Salt to your preferred tastes and garnish with cheese.
