preheat oven to 140oC

line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper

mix the seeds and almonds together in a large bowl, then stir in the oats and mix to combine

put the honey, coconut milk and sunflower oil in a small saucepan over a low heat and warm gently to loosen

pour onto the oats, mixing thouroughly so that all the dry ingredients are evenly coated

divide between two baking trays and spread into an even layer

bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, removing the trays, then mix in any fruit and allow to cool completely
