Steak and potato skewers
1.5 pounds top sirloin
2 cups Baby potatoes
1 cup Bell pepper
1 cup quartered Onion
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon olive oil
Boil potatoes 12-15 minutes until fork tender. Cut beef in to pieces and add them to a bowl. Add seasoning and olive oil. Mix well to coat. Skewer beef and cooled potatoes with bell pepper and onion onto skewers(if using wooden skewers soak for 30 minutes first) Grill about 10 minutes per side until meet is fully cooked through then enjoy.
