Start off by cutting lime into thin slices, Set aside.

To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup coconut water and 1/2 packet of liquid IV and mix well until powder is completely dissolved. (If you’d like to use entire packet of Liquid IV, combine with 2 cups of coconut water)
Step 5
Add one slice of lime to each popsicle mold and fill up with coconut water mixture
Step 6
Freeze for at least 6-8 hours
Step 7
To remove popsicle from mold easily, just rinse mold under room temperture water for 10 seconds; it should pop right out! ENJOY!
