Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of tilapia and set aside

Combine artichoke, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and oregano in medium bowl; mix well
Step 4
Brush each filet with 1/2 tsp olive oil, top with 1/4 of artichoke mixture
Step 5
Bake until fish pulls apart easily with fork (about 15 minutes)
Step 6
Sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley just before serving
