Step 1
Prepare your ravioli. We used the Trader Joe’s ricotta & lemon zest ravioli, but any brand will do! Cook according to instructions.

In a food processor (or coffee grinder if you don’t have one), grind your pistachios into a powder
Step 3
Cut the sage. Add it to a small, oiled pan over medium heat until brown and crispy. Should be around 10 minutes

Melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s melted, turn to simmer.

Add the ground pistachio to the butter
