Make at home Allsups Burritos. You can put whatever filling you like. I prefer just beans but traditionally would be beef and beans. You could also make chimichangas.

Instructions
Step 1
Make filling first.
Step 2
Pour flour, baking powder, and salt into medium sized bowl mixing thoroughly.
Step 3
Add lard in small pieces into flour mix.
Step 4
Smush lard into the flour making sure all of the flour is throughly coated and there are no chunks of lard left. Should feel like kinetic sand.
Step 5
Add water little by little mixing thoroughly in between until desried texture. (should be smooth but not very sticky). and you'll likely have water left over.
Step 6
Knead for about 5 minutes. Cover the bowl and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat oil on medium to medium high heat
Step 8
Split dough into round balls and roll out into circles.
Step 9
Warm each tortilla on a medium hot Comal or griddle pan. Cook for 5 seconds then flip and cook for another 5 secs flipping back and repeating 3 times. This is just to seal the dough not to fully cook.
Step 10
Add desired filling to center of each tortilla. Fold over one side of the tortilla, then both top and bottom ends, then the remaining side. Use a toothpick to keep the folded edge closed.
Step 11
Put burrito into hot oil seam side down. cook until golden brown, flip and fry other side.
Step 12
Drain on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
Step 13
Let cool until warm and enjoy
