Marrow Bones
Step 1
Soak marrow bones in salt water overnight to will remove impurities
Step 2
Remove marrow bones from salt water and pat dry
Step 3
Combine chopped garlic to olive oil and spread on top of marrow area of bone. Season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Roast in preheated oven for 15-20 minute at 450F
Toppings
Step 5
Combine shallots, parsley, capers, and lemon juice
