1/2 stick butter
Instructions
Step 1
To a boiling pot of water, add your 5 potatoes and boil until softened

If you plan to add eggs (I def recommend), add on the last 10 mins of cooking, before pulling your potatoes to avoid overcooking eggs)

Once soft, add all wet ingredients
Step 4
Add your seasonings
Step 5
Stir until you achieve your desired consistency
Step 6
Note: For fluffy and whipped mash, stir for about 2 mins and add small amounts of half & half as you go & adjust seasoning).
Step 7
Add your green onions
