Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Place the syrup and butter in a food processor and cream together.
Step 3
Once fluffy and light, add in the eggs and process together.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon together.
Step 5
Mix the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl, then slowly stir in the blueberries.
Step 6
Pour into large muffin paper moulds and sprinkle over some of the pumpkin seeds and some oats.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Take them out and leave them to cool before digging in!
