Instructions

Step 1
Mix eggs, milk and salt until combined. Add flour and stir just until combined. Do not over mix or popovers will become dense and not airy. Add butter and mix just until combined. Do not over mix. Pour into greased custard cups. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately with butter and drizzle of honey (optional).
