100giceberg salad
30gmayo
1 tspred wine vinegar
1clove garlic
2peperoncino
0.5red onion
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
½ tsporegano

Instructions
Grinder salad
Step 1
Wash the salad and cut it into thin stripes. Add it to a large bowl.
Step 2
Cut the onion in half and slice it. Chop the peperoncinos and garlic and add everything to the salad
Step 3
Pure in the mayo and vinegar and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Sandwich
Step 4
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 5
First lay on the cheese. Melt it with a blowtorch or put the bread into the oven at 200 degree grill station and bake for 2-3min until the cheese has melted
Step 6
Now place the prosciutto, pepperoni and salami slices on top.
Step 7
Finish with the grinder salad.
Step 8
Stack on the other half of the bread and enjoy!
