Instructions
The Flapjacks
Step 1
Whisk your flapjack mix and milk together, I used a 1 cup liquid:1cup dry mix for thicker style flapjacks, but just add more liquid if you like yours thinner.
Step 2
Once you’ve whisked all of the lumps from the batter add in your blueberries.
Step 3
Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add in your batter, let the flapjack cook on one side until you begin to see bubbles form and pop, flip the flapjack and finish cooking the other side.
The Rest
Step 5
I used coconut oil on my cast iron pan to sear my sausages and make my egg, I like my eggs over hard and the sausages slightly crisped on the outside.
Step 6
I topped my eggs with my favorite Trader Joe’s seasoning blend- “Everything but the Elote”.
Step 7
Serve yourself a plate and top your flapjacks with your choice syrup, I use a healthier alternative of Stevia Leaf Maple flavored syrup. And Voila!!
