Instructions
Step 1
Rinse your rice until the water runs clear and set aside
Step 2
In a smaller pot begin to boil your water
Step 3
In a larger pot, add your uncooked rice, butter, salt, and pepper. Stir on low heat until the butter is melted. Leave on stove while the other pot with water fully boils
Step 4
Add boiling water to the larger pot with rice, stir gently with a fork, and cover. Leave on low/medium heat for 15 minutes
Step 5
After the 15 minutes are done, KEEP YOUR RICE COVERED and set away from the heat for about 5 minutes to let the steam incorporate into the rice. Then serve
