Ingredients

For the chicken
1.5 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tspchili powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
red pepper flakes
or to taste
½ tspdried oregano
2 tsppaprika
1 ½ tspground cumin
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix together your seasonings for the chicken & season both sides of the chicken breasts.
Step 2
2. Heat up a grill pan over medium to high heat (mine is by Anolon - link on Amazon store front in bio), and grill your chicken until done. (int temp 165°F). Set aside.

3. In a medium sized sauce pot, melt your butter over medium heat.

4. Add in the milk, whisking to combine as you go. Continue to whisk until heated through & SLIGHTLY bubbly, but NOT boiling. It needs to be hot enough to melt the cheese, but not boiling.
Step 5
6. 6. Start whisking in your cheese in small amounts at a time until all of the cheese has been mixed in.
Step 6
7. Stir in your seasonings. Serve hot over the chicken & some rice if desired & enjoy!
