Step 1
Chop the meringue cookies and set aside. Chop all but 8 of the strawberries and set aside. Cut the 8 remaining strawberries in half and set aside. Chop the pistachios and set side. In a mixing bowl beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the yogurt and vanilla. Beat while adding the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form. Layer one tablespoon of cookies first in the shooter, then two tablespoons of cream, then one heaping tablespoon of strawberries then another two tablespoons of cream, then one tablespoon of cookies and a teaspoon or two of pistachios. Top it off with half a strawberry. Enjoy
