Delicious meat loaf in 20 minutes! This makes 6 mini loaves, you can easily double the recipe to make 12 loaves or make them larger. Quick and easy all on a sheetpan. Throw some potatoes and veggies on the sheetpan too for a full meal.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together, except the ketchup and mustard. Shape into 6 mini loaves. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray and add the meatloaves to the sheet pan.
Step 3
Mix together the ketchup and mustard and brush over the meatloaves.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. If you make 6 loaves it will probably just need the 20 minutes.
Step 5
If doubling the recipe, you can make 12 mini loaves or make larger loaves. Keep in mind that cooking time may be longer for larger loaves.
