Instructions

Step 1
Place the oven rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 325°F.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl cream together vegan butter and sugar until fluffy.
Step 4
Add in the nut butter, vanilla extract, plant milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Fold in dry ingredients until fully combined and there are no flour bits at the bottom of the mixing bowl.
Step 6
Fold in chopped vegan chopped chocolate.
Step 7
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 12-14 minutes rotating halfway through. Edges should appear slightly golden brown.
Step 9
Let cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
