Step 1
1. Cut tofu into strips
2. Add Chinese 5 spices and seasoning to the cornflour and the coat the tofu strips
3. Pre-heat oven to 180c and bake tofu and drizzle of olive oil for 15 mins 4. Cut peppers into strips
5. In the chilli oil cook the ginger and garlic until golden
6. Add the peppers and cook until they start to soften 7. Add the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, agave syrup and tomato purée
8. Add the crispy tofu and season
9. Serve with some sliced spring onion and sesame seeds
