Butter chicken
This is a staple meal that I used to love ordering from our favourite restaurant.
Here is a healthier version that you can make at home!

Instructions
Step 1
Combine spices into a bowl. Combine with chicken broth, coconut aminos, tomato paste and juice of lemons.
Stir well.
Step 2
Sauté ghee and chicken thighs until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add all ingredients (except coconut milk) to the instant pot, close the pressure valve and set to manual pressure cook for 10 minutes on high pressure. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in coconut milk and serve.
