Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Whisk together oat milk, lemon juice, olive oil, monkfruit sweetener and maple syrup.
Step 3
Add gluten free flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, pumpkin, ground cloves and cinnamon to wet mixture.
Step 4
Add chocolate chips to mixture. Measure with your heart!
Step 5
Put cake mixture in mold of choice.
Step 6
Bake for 22 minutes.
Step 7
Let cake cool. Decorate and enjoy!
