Instructions
Step 1
Steam the asparagus for 6 to 9 minutes, until tender. Meanwhile wash the 8 cups of greens (for the 2 salads of the day).

Chop the vegetables, garlic and fruit and mix in big boul. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, garlic, seaweed and honey

Step 3
Cut the greens, add them to the salad and put the steamed asparagus inside or in another plate. Serve and happy 3:6:9
