Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut in small cubes.

Clean the mushrooms and divide the cap from the stem.

Warm up some olive oil in pa pan with a clove of garlic in it.

Cut the mushrooms stems in small pieces.

Step 5
Remove the garlic from the pan and add the mushrooms stems and the potatoes.

Step 6
Add same salt, pepper and rosemary to the vegetables and a couple of spoon of hot water. Stir for a minute and the cover the pan with a lid. If you notice that the vegetables are getting to dry, add some more hot water, but just a spoon at the time,

Slice the mushrooms caps and add them into the pan when the potatoes are staring getting soft.
