Thin dough topped with a mixture of meat and veggies, and dressed in a blend of spices and seasonings *Quick 10 min dough recipe in highlights *recipe makes about 9-10 small lahmacuns Meat filling:⁣ 1/2 lb ground beef Large onion ⁣ 2 roma tomatoes ⁣ 1/2 bunch parsley⁣ 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste ⁣⁣ 1.5 tbsp pomegranate molasses ⁣ 1 tsp salt 1 tsp coriander ⁣powder 1 tsp 7 spice ⁣ 1/4 tsp cinnamon ⁣⁣ 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp aleppo pepper 5 garlic⁣ cloves 1 tsp smoked paprika⁣ 2 tbsp olive oil Lemon for topping Pulse all veggies in a food processor then add to ground beef; thoroughly mixing. Meat should be very light and airy. Divide the dough into balls and let it rest 5 mins. Flour surface and spread really thin, then top with a thin beef mix. Place in a preheated skillet on medium low for 5 minutes, covered. Transfer to a pan, into the oven broiler until dried and crispy.⁣ ‎
