Whether you know it as Lahm B'Ajeen (Lebanese) or Lahmacun (Armenia/Turkey) we can agree that it's delicious. Thin dough topped with a mixture of meat and veggies, and dressed in a blend of spices and seasonings

*recipe makes about 9-10 small lahmacuns
Meat filling:
1/2 lb ground beef
Large onion
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 tbsp red pepper paste
1.5 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp 7 spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp aleppo pepper
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon for topping
Pulse all veggies in a food processor then add to ground beef; thoroughly mixing. Meat should be very light and airy. Divide the dough into balls and let it rest 5 mins. Flour surface and spread really thin, then top with a thin beef mix. Place in a preheated skillet on medium low for 5 minutes, covered. Transfer to a pan, into the oven broiler until dried and crispy.
