Instructions

Step 1
Cut thin or or process onions and garlic.
Step 2
Place olive oil in a pot and add onions and garlic. Season with salt. Let it fry until the onions are translucid.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms (or process them, if you have a toddler) and add to the pot. Season with pepper. Let fry for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice to the pot. Let fry for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add the water, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and let cook for app. 30 min with low heat.
Step 6
When the rice is cooked, add the cream. adjust the seasoning and add the parsley. Let it come to a quick boil.
