Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef into strips, crush the garlic and measure out the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients, except the cornflour, water, red pepper, noodles and stock, in the slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 2 hours.
Step 3
After two hours mix the cornflour and water and stir into the mixture. Leave for another 10 mins or heat on the hob whilst stirring in.
Step 4
Slice and add the red pepper, noodles and stock, stir and cook in the slow cooker for another 15-20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
