Chocolate Banana Bread

If you’re not using brown butter in your banana bread, you’re missing out. Brown butter creates a beautifully moist and nutty loaf, and combined with chocolate chips, you have the perfect banana bread recipe!

Instructions

Step 1
Start by mashing your ripe bananas, it does not have to be super smooth.
Step 2
Cream the butter, yogurt, vanilla, and sugars. Add the eggs one by one while mixing. Fold in the mashed bananas.
Step 3
Mix your dry ingredients, including the spices. Add to the wet ingredients and fold in. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 4
Transfer to 2 parchment-lined loaf pans, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and more chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake at 350f for 60min, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 6
Tip: brush the banana bread with brown butter as soon it comes out of the oven!
