Instructions
Step 1
1. To boiling water, add the guajillo chiles, chiles de árbol, garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, and Roma tomatoes. Boil for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes have blistered.

2. Add the contents to the blender with 1/2 cup of the water and chicken bouillon or salt to taste. Blend well and put to the side.

3. Chop the remainder of the onion, bell pepper, and potatoes.

4. Add avocado oil spray to a pan with the ground beef. Cook for 4 minutes.

5. Add bell pepper, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add the potatoes, 1 c beef broth, and salsa roja. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes.
Step 7
7. Top with cilantro.
Step 8
8. Divide into 4 servings. Each serving get 1.5 c beef mixture and 0.5 c beans.
