Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in instant pot in sauté mode on high. Add onions and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cumin seeds and stir about 1-2 minutes
Step 2
Add salt, turmeric, chili powder, garlic ginger paste
Step 3
Add methi, daal, and water and stir together. Put on lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Allow heat to release naturally and open when no pressure remaining.
Step 4
Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve hot with rice
